PUPPY CONTRACT
The Buyer hereby agrees to purchase the puppy"_________________" from the litter Out of , "____________________ & ___________________" by Power Bullies, Born "_____/_____/______" For the price of $______________ .
The seller agrees to furnish to the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shot, and worming records. The registration application will be executed at the time of purchase. The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with the said organization and has been fully informed about the process of registration.The said puppy has been raised and socialized so as to maximize the potential of the temperament, to the best of the breeder’s ability. The buyer(s) understand and agree that further instruction, classes, and efforts must be made to ensure the continued development of proper behavior. Should the buyer(s) wish at anytime to cease ownership of the said puppy/dog, the dog will be returned to the breeder, at the buyer(s) expense, to be placed as seen fit. At all times the health and welfare of the dog will be of primary importance. The buyer(s) understand and agree that they may not dispose of the said puppy/dog either by sale, deed of gift, or lease without the agreement of the seller. During the year the dog is guaranteed or all guarantees shall be void. Guarantee is for original purchaser only.DEPOSITS/PAYMENT
1. Original deposit to hold a pick for a puppy is $500.00. Deposits must be made in cash, postal money order(these can only be purchased at the U.S. Post office.) Or by Paypal, 3% MUST BE ADDED IF USING PAYPAL. Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first choose basis.
2. No guarantee is made that the said dog is of breeding or show quality, due to the significant changes(physical & health) a pup goes through to adulthood.
3. Final payment will be made at 6 weeks of age if the puppy is to be shipped or at 8 weeks if being picked up in person. All payments are to be made In cash, Paypal, or Postal Money Order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
4. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE. If something happens to your pup, if one is not available from this litter, your deposit will be transferred to the next/another litter. If you change your mind and do not/cannot get the puppy, you forfeit your deposit.
5. All shipping costs are the buyer(s) responsibility. This includes Vet Certificate, flight crate, and actual shipping costs. All shipping costs must be paid in full, at least 5 days prior to shipping date.
6. Buyer will pick the puppy up by the time it is 8 weeks old, otherwise there will be a $25.00 a week boarding charge, plus any other expenses, unless agreed upon and noted by the seller in writing. Two (2) weeks or more with no attempt to make pick up arrangements then the buyer forfeits puppy and any deposits or payments made on puppy, unless noted by seller in writing.
INITIALS OF BUYER
This Animal is Guaranteed as Follows:
1. To be in good physical condition for the first 72 hours after the time of delivery to buyer. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery time for a complete physical examination. If the veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical condition other than a bacterial infection, such as Coccidia or Giardia, which is easily treated, the Seller will replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable quality, when available from the same or upcoming litter, after the first puppy is returned to the seller. No monies will be refunded. The seller reserves the right to a second Veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller. If the puppy is not examined within 72 hours after delivery time, all guarantees are no longer in effect. The buyer is required to supply a copy to the seller of the initial Vet health Examination within 24 hours of the visit for the guarantees to be valid.
2. To be free of any genetic/hereditary defect that causes death or serious impairment of the vital functions in the puppy until the puppy is (1) year of age. If such an inheritable defect is documented by a Veterinarian and presented to the seller with sufficient supporting evidence, such as an autopsy if puppy is deceased, all at the buyer(s) expense, the Buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable quality, when available from same or up coming litter, after the first puppy is returned to the seller. Seller reserves the right to a second opinion by sellers vet. All shipping will be at buyers expense. Your guarantee will be valid as long as the puppy/dog gets all it’s vaccinations on time and has all Vet visit documentation. Due to a vast variety of causes, including environment, stress and nutrition, skin conditions are not covered, and also does not include cherry eye or hips in bulldogges, hips are not covered in bulldogges due to the argument that all bulldogges are displasitic to some degree due to their conformation.They can arise. But if they do, they are rarely serious (even though see)
3. Puppy will have received (amount recieved ) Vaccines, depending on age, and be wormed (amount received ) times. No replacement will be given in case of Parvo. Let it be clear that this guarantee does not cover: parasites, parvo, corona, distemper, kennel cough, coccidia, hypoglycemia, (our puppies have already been vaccinated against these illnesses & none of these illnesses have been present in our home). *Due to the highly contagious nature and rapid progression, we can't be held liable as the puppy may have been exposed after it left our care.
4. Seller assumes no liability in the event of any accident involved with your dog including but not limited to dog bites or personal/property damage. Seller suggests proper socialization and training be given to benefit dog and owner.
5. Power Bullies in no way is responsible for any vet bills aquired by the new owner. We do not pay money for any bills, there are no exceptions to this. With puppies come Dr visits and we are not responsible for them.
THE BUYER AGREES:
1.In the event that the dog is later sold, or otherwise transferred from the possession of the buyer for whatever reason, the seller will have absolute right of first refusal to repurchase the dog for a sum not to exceed the original purchase price, not including any shipping costs. This is for the one year guarantee time line, guarantees do not transfer to secondary owners. If dog is sold all guarantees are void.
2.Maintain up to date vaccines, wormings, heartworm preventative, etc. To keep the dog/pup in humane conditions providing proper food, water, and shelter.
3.Buyer understands and agrees if they purchase a male pup Seller has a one time breeding right at no cost to Seller. Seller does agree to pay any shipping cost (if necessary) to get male to and from destination.
4.Buyer agrees to have the “Power Bullies” full name spelled out as part of the register name. Buyer agrees everytime pup/adult purchased is shown/advertised/seen on internet through the board or on any web page, the “Power Bullies” full name (NO INITIALS ARE TO BE USED NOR IS THE “Power Bullies” NAME TO BE ABBREVIATED) must be seen/displayed with pup/dog/adult. Buyer agrees to pay a $50 fee to Power Bullies every time they show/advertised/seen their pup and Power Bullies name is not displayed as Power Bullies. When selling said pup/dog/adult to someone else they must make them aware of this policy or buyer agrees to pay fee every time pup/dog/adult is shown/advertised/seen and Power Bullies name is not used by new purchaser.
5.Buyer agrees to email pictures of pup/dog/adult every three months for a 1 year period. Buyer agrees if he/she does not send pictures as agreed above, he/she will pay seller $25 for every month missed.
6.No cropping of ears, No Guard or attack training.
Failure to comply with the contract requirements and responsibilities or in any way to neglect the emotional or physical well being of said puppy/dog will result in the repossession of said animal either by agreement or by writ of possession by seller without civil recourse by the buyer(s) Initials. The buyer and the seller agree that this is the full and complete agreement that exists between the parties for the sale of this dog/puppy. Any agreements made prior to this are considered incorporated herein and any modifications made to this agreement shall be made in writing or such shall not be effective.
